Eurazeo announces its investment in Sevetys, a French group of veterinary clinics

Today, Eurazeo announced it has invested in Sevetys, alongside the management team and veterinarian partners. The investment1 is expected to represent around €250 million.

Founded in 2017, Sevetys is a veterinary services provider in France with a network of over 200 clinics throughout the country. The group, which specializes in veterinary pet care, is growing rapidly, having integrated more than 80 new clinics since the beginning of 2022.

Today, Sevetys stands out as one of the leading operators in the French market, offering a clear value proposition to the veterinarians joining the group. Continuous training, a culture of medical empowerment, pooled resources and a shared infrastructure contribute to the strength of the Sevetys network, structured around 15 regional platforms.

Through this investment, Eurazeo intends to support Sevetys in its next phase of growth. Eurazeo believes Sevetys has the potential to be the reference player of the veterinary clinics market in France.
