Eurazeo’s Real Estate team has let around 3,900 m² of space in the Highlight campus, located on the banks of the Seine in Courbevoie, to Grape Hospitality, Compagnie des Fromages et RichesMonts and CBRE GWS. The campus is now almost 80% occupied.
This succession of new lettings clearly shows the conceptual appeal and attractiveness of the campus, which is ideally suited to users’ current requirements. Highlight offers a wide range of services, including three dining areas, a conference centre and a gym. The campus also features a generous amount of outdoor space including a 850 m² landscaped garden, three rooftop gardens and 2,900 m² of terraces with panoramic views over Paris.
5,300 m² of space is still available to let on the 10th to 14th floors of the Côté Seine building.
Highlight was completed in late July 2022 and is already home to the head offices of Kaufmann & Broad and the Seine-Normandie water authority (AESN). Strategically located in the heart of Europe’s largest business district, this architecturally modern and elegant 24,000 m² campus consists of two office buildings that have been extensively refurbished to offer workspaces receiving direct daylight, along with numerous spaces that offer different ways of working.
The Highlight campus meets high environmental standards and has various accreditations: HQE Rénovation (Excellent), BREEAM (Very Good), WiredScore (Gold) and Well (Gold).
Frédéric Maman, Managing Director, Real Estate, said:
“The Highlight campus’s obvious appeal for tenants is due to the fact that it delivers what users now want from their offices – i.e. a range of workstations, a diverse range of services based around a modern food and beverage offering and a small environmental footprint – confirming the expertise of Real Estate Eurazeo’s teams in a rapidly evolving market.”
