Stéphane Bostyn
Stéphane Bostyn joined Eurazeo in 2008. He is now Managing Director and Head of the Capital Markets, the Treasury Department and the Financings at Group level. He manages Eurazeo’s cash position, FX and rates hedgings, equity derivatives strategies and work closely with all Eurazeo’s investment teams of all Business Units to co-ordinate financings for new buy-outs, debt raisings for refinancing and Capital Call facilities. He has implemented financings and refinancings on a number of acquisitions transactions, has monetized the Danone investment by launching an exchangeable bond, has renegotiated the syndicated loan facility several times and equity swaps financing on Accor and Danone.
He started his career in 1996 as a market operator in the France Telecom front office where he focused on short-term interest rate and currency products. He then worked in the Accor Group Finance Department from 2000 to 2008, firstly as head of the front office where he was responsible for currency and interest rate risk management and optimizing Group resources and then as a manager within the asset refinancing department, where he was involved in the sale of a range of hotel buildings to institutional investors.
