Shari Miller

Shari Miller is Managing Director - General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer North America .

Prior to joining Eurazeo, Ms. Miller was Deputy General Counsel at L Catterton advising on fundraising and transactions across the firm's investment platform and supporting the management company.
Prior to this, Ms. Miller served as legal counsel to Leonard A. Lauder's multi-billion dollar family office where she oversaw all legal and compliance matters. Additionally, Ms. Miller was in-house counsel for a commodities broker dealer, where she focused on corporate and commercial legal matters, as well as a Director in the New Business Group at UBS Investment Bank where she coordinated and oversaw comprehensive risk assessments for new business initiatives.
Ms. Miller started her career as a corporate associate at the law firms of Dewey & LeBoeuf and Morrison & Foerster, where her practice focused on initial public and follow-on offerings, securities filings and private placements.

Ms. Miller earned a BA magna cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles and received her JD from Duke University School of Law. She sits on the Board of Visitors of Duke University School of Law.
