Renaud Haberkorn

Renaud has over 24 years of experience in the real estate industry. He has covered in Europe a range of underlying investment products such as direct real estate, structured finance, and operating companies. He started in London at the Real Estate Principal Investment Area of Goldman Sachs International. His initial assignment included a number of NPL investments in France, real estate investments in Spain and hospitality across Europe. Renaud became a Partner at Soros Real Estate and then a Founding Partner of Grove International Partners, a general partnership which grew to approximately $5bn of AUM.

Finally, and prior to joining Eurazeo, Renaud was appointed CEO of Societe de la Tour Eiffel a French REIT listed on the NYSE Euronext with close to $1Bn of assets, which he transformed and engineered a change of ownership favored by the investors and management.
