Rachit Rai

Rachit joins Eurazeo as a Director - Procurement. 

Before joining, she worked at Fast Retailing, where she was entrusted with structuring and transforming the procurement function for Princess Tam Tam, Comptoir des Cotonniers, and UNIQLO, and she designed and implemented end-to-end procurement frameworks, supplier governance models, and digital procurement solutions. Prior to this, at FORVIA, she led Capex and Opex sourcing strategies for multiple OEMs driving contract negotiations, risk management, and supplier performance optimisation.

Rachit holds both a Diploma and a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pune University (2010–2016). She also completed the Advanced Negotiation program at Scotwork France in 2022.
