Pauline Barbier

Pauline joins Eurazeo as a Manager - Tax.

Prior to joining, Pauline has worked for six years as a lawyer in Mayer Brown’s tax team. She has worked on the tax structuring of acquisitions and refinancing transactions on behalf of private equity funds, as well as the tax structuring of management packages.

Pauline graduated from ESCP EUROPE (MSc in Management) and University Paris Dauphine (MSc in Corporate tax).
