Nathalie Mazurier (Trolez)

Nathalie joined Eurazeo as Director - Deputy General Counsel Securities/Regulatory and Secretary of the Supervisory Board. She is in charge of monitoring the securities law and governance. She is taking over the role of secretary of Eurazeo’s Supervisory Board. In addition, Nathalie is responsible for monitoring and tracking French and foreign regulatory matters that Eurazeo may be facing.

Between 2000 and 2016, Nathalie successively held the positions of Head of Legal Affairs at Alcatel and then Head of Corporate Law and Deputy Secretary of the Board of Directors of Alcatel Lucent. Nathalie was General Secretary of Alcatel Lucent since November 2016 at the end of the public takeover bid for Nokia on Alcatel Lucent. Prior to joining Alcatel, she previously worked for 7 years as a corporate lawyer at the Valfond Group Corporate Secretary.

Nathalie graduated from the University of Angers where she obtained a DESS in Business Law
