Maxime Wahab

Maxime joins Eurazeo as a Financial Manager, Fund Management for the Growth strategy.

Maxime began his career in 2013 as a Financial Auditor for PwC Luxembourg, where he specialized in the audit of real estate investment funds and collective investment undertakings, under Luxembourgish and International Accounting Standards.

In 2016 he moved to Abu Dhabi and joined ADIA, a sovereign wealth fund, as a Finance Associate for the Real Estate and Infrastructure Department. Here he managed the financial and operational matters for a portfolio of direct and indirect investments in Europe. His responsibilities also included reporting, valuation reviews, business plans reviews and providing support to the front office on various transactions. In 2022, he joined BGO in London, a Private Equity Real Estate investment manager. As a Fund Controller, he was in charge of several value-add funds and their investment structures in Europe. Maxime was responsible for the financial and operational matters of the funds, maintaining fund models, handling investor reporting and providing support to the front office on transactions, financings and business plans.

Maxime holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from ESSCA.
