Mathilde Bougard Bargé

Mathilde joins Eurazeo as Associate - Compliance & Internal Control.

Prior to joining Eurazeo, she worked for 2 years and half at 123 Investment Managers as a Legal and Compliance officer. She took part in establishing annual control plans and risk mapping. She conducted permanent controls on all 123 Investment Managers departments, and she was a member of the Internal Control Committee, the Risk Committee, the New Product Committee and the Periodic Control Committee. She drafted and updated internal procedures, ran training sessions for staff on LCB-FT, GPDR and anti-corruption, and validated all advertising communications. She also formalised all the reports that Management Companies are required to submit to AMF.

Mathilde graduated from the University of Paris II Panthéon-ASSAS for Master’s degree in European Business Law and as well as Master in Advanced Studies in European and International Governance from the University of Geneva.
