Laurent Guérineau

Laurent Guérineau is Managing Director within the Investor Relations team, in charge of Direct Transactions.

Laurent’s current responsibilities include fundraising, managing customer relationships, tax and legal structuring, and supervising the Luxemburg middle and back office team. He previously was a legal, tax and accounting manager at Eurazeo since 1992 and gained initial 5-year work experience in audit. From 1996 to 2006 he managed Eurazeo’s fund-of-fund portfolio (c.€700 million, 40 funds). After negotiating a successful secondary transaction on the portfolio in 2006, he participated to the set-up of Eurazeo Partners and became the COO of this fund, which invested €500 million alongside Eurazeo in large deals from 2006 to 2011.
