Johann-Felix Herter
Johann-Felix is a Managing Director in the Investor Relations team.
He previsousky worked at Selinus Capital, a leading German placement agent, where he initiated and led the private debt practice, marketing European and North American General Partners in the DACH region. He was instrumental in placing infrastructure, real estate debt funds, and corporate direct lending products. Previously, Johann-Felix served as Head of Private Credit for the DACH region at BlackRock in Munich. In this role, he successfully established BlackRock's private debt product suite in the region, promoting European, North American, and Asian credit products and solutions to institutional investors. At Bankhaus Lampe, he set up two private markets funds specializing in infrastructure equity and real estate mezzanine.
Before this, he was the Head of Business Development at Golding Capital Partners, Germany's largest fund-of-funds. There, he developed and began implementing the strategic growth plan for future asset growth and played a key role in launching new product lines, including impact investing and co-investments in private equity and infrastructure.
Johann-Felix began his career as a management consultant with Bain & Company and McKinsey, focusing on financial services and private equity practices.
