Jill Granoff

Jill Granoff is currently a Senior Advisor of Eurazeo Brands, following her successful tenure as Managing Partner of Eurazeo and CEO of its Brands division, the firm’s global consumer growth equity platform that she launched in 2017. Based in New York, she continues to drive value creation at select portfolio companies and support the Brands team globally.

Ms. Granoff, an accomplished executive with over 30 years’ experience leading consumer-driven companies, is best known as a strategist and brand builder in the beauty, fashion and retail industries. Before joining Eurazeo, she was the CEO of two public companies, Vince and Kenneth Cole Productions. Earlier in her career, she held executive positions at Estee Lauder, Victoria’s Secret and Liz Claiborne, where she had global responsibility for Kate Spade, Juicy Couture and Lucky Brand.

Ms. Granoff is currently on the board of Macy's Inc., and previously served on the boards of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Demandware (now Salesforce Commerce Cloud), Cosmetic Executive Women and the Fashion Institute of Technology. She is also a board member at several Brands’ portfolio companies, including NEST, Beekman 1802, Q Mixers and Jaanuu. Ms. Granoff is a long-standing member of Fortune’s Most Powerful Women and has received numerous awards and recognition for her visionary leadership.

Ms. Granoff received her bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Duke University and her MBA from Columbia Business School where she was awarded the Lawrence A. Wien fellowship for academic excellence.
