Emilie Termignon

Emilie joins Eurazeo as a Financial Director – Venture.

Prior to joining, Emilie worked for six years at EY in Luxembourg and Paris, where as Audit & Advisory Manager in the Financial Services department, she led transformation projects for international financial institutions. She then held the position of CFO and Company Secretary at Sparring Capital from 2017 to 2018, where she oversaw the financial monitoring and risks of the funds and led the financial, administrative, and tax management of the company. Since January 2019, she has been Executive Chairman and Chief Financial Officer at Orange Ventures in Paris, responsible for managing the Corporate Venture activity, and leading the company's financial management, including controlling valuations and legal monitoring of investments.

Emilie is a graduate of the IESEG School of Management (M.Sc. Audit & finance).
