David Yang

David is a Managing Director - Head of China
Prior to joining, David worked as operating partner at CITIC Capital, as CEO of Wanda Sports China and as SVP at NBA (National Basketball Association). He worked as an investment banker at Merrill Lynch and consultant at Deloitte Touche therebefore. He has contributed to numerous financing deals, including IPO, private placements, acquisitions both as a banker and a corporate executive.

David graduated from the Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania (MBA), University of Texas at Austin (MS & MPA), and Nankai University (BA) with honor.
