Aurora Franco Yanez

Aurora is Associate - EMEA - Investor Relations.

Before joining Eurazeo, Aurora has developed a career at the intersection of strategy, sustaianbility and investor relations. At PwC, she worked as a Senior Consultant in the Sustainable Performance and Strategy team, leading multicultural teams on over 30 projects. She collaborated with clients across industries on ESG strategy development, decarbonization initiatives, circular economy projects, and impact measurement. She was also involved in high-level discussions with executives, facilitating sustainability workshops and contributing to complex strategic transformations. 
She previously gained experience in investor relations at Eurazeo, where she worked on fundraising efforts, investor engagement, and market intelligence. 
Her background also includes working with the HEC Paris Startup Accelerator, where she contributed to the design of ESG impact frameworks for early-stage ventures. In parallel, she co-founded a startup through the HEC Launchpad program, which was awarded the HEC Entrepreneurial Challenge.

Aurora holds a Master’s degree in Sustainability and Social Innovation from HEC Paris and a double degree in Biochemical Engineering from INSA Toulouse and Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí.
