Amine Rais

Amine is Partner within the Private Funds Group. He joined the Group in April 2014. His responsibilities include the analysis, due-diligence work and monitoring of Secondary, Co-Investment and Primary transactions.

Before joining the Group, Amine worked for four years as a Secondary Private Equity Associate at Paul Capital in Paris and Hong Kong. Amine also worked for two years as a Mergers and Acquisitions analyst at Rothschild & Cie in Paris. In addition, he interned with SGAM Alternative Investments Private Equity investment team.

Amine graduated from the ESSEC Business School with majors in Private Equity and management and from the ENSAM Paristech engineering school in France. He is a CFA charterholder.
